TAI 01 Daily
A once-daily tablet built around ingredients with human trial data behind them, at the doses those trials actually used.
A catalogue of thirty means most of them are the same formula in different bottles. Three is what we can assay every lot and still explain without hedging — including telling you which ones to skip.

Glucomannan at 3 g per day, taken as two tablets before each of three meals — the only dosing protocol with an authorised weight-management claim in the EU register.
Magnesium and glycine, for people whose main obstacle is that they sleep badly and eat accordingly.
| 01 DAILY | 02 FIBER | 03 NIGHT | |
|---|---|---|---|
| What it is for | The everyday base | Eating past full, or arriving at dinner ravenous | The 3 p.m. crash that follows a bad night |
| When you take it | Morning, with your first drink | 15–30 min before each of three meals | One hour before bed |
| The ingredient that matters | Green tea extract, 225 mg EGCG | Glucomannan, 3 g/day across 6 tablets | Magnesium bisglycinate + glycine |
| Caffeine | 80 mg | None | None |
| Skip it if | You avoid caffeine, or you are sleeping badly right now | Six tablets a day across three doses is not realistic for you | You already sleep well — it will do very little |
None of these works on its own. A supplement does not create a calorie deficit; at best it makes one easier to hold. Where an ingredient has human trial data we use the dose from those trials and cite them, and where it does not we leave it out.
Six questions about what actually derails you — not what you weigh, and not what you are aiming for. It is allowed to tell you that none of them is right.
